jan 8, 2020posted on:I spent the most sunny Saturday in Charleston celebrating Ellen & Dakota and cannot stop smiling looking back on their day. Ellen’s smile literally lights up any room and I don’t think it left her face the whole day!
Favorite parts of their big day:

• Ellen having her boykin spaniel pup with them while they were getting ready
• Ellen’s new sister-in-law giving her the sweetest gift and having a moment just with her
• The beautiful illustration on their invitation suite
• Ellen’s shoes!
• The family heirloom bible that Ellen carried down the aisle
• Ellen’s first look with her Dad
• Two beautiful spots for portraits: Alhambra Hall and the church (one of my favorite churches I’ve photographed in!)
• The bright blue dresses the bridesmaids wore
• Dakota’s moments with his family before the ceremony
• The church’s beautiful old windows
• Ellen’s squeal after they were pronounced husband and wife
• Ellen’s dance with her Dad and Dakota’s dance with his Mom
• Bride & Groom portraits by the marsh at sunset
